均营素对脑血管意外患者营养状况的影响

Effect of Homogenized Nutrition Meal ‘Junyingsu’ on the Nutritional Status of Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident

目的观察匀浆膳"均营素"对脑血管意外患者营养支持的效果。方法 106例脑血管意外昏迷患者随机分为两组,均营素组53例,以作者医院研制的匀浆膳"均营素"进行肠内营养支持;安素组53例,以安素进行肠内营养支持。记录两组鼻饲前、后第15、30天血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、淋巴细胞总数、谷丙转氨酶、血尿素氮、血糖的变化及肠内营养所需费用,记录并发症等情况。结果均营素组患者营养支持前后各检测指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而安素组营养支持后,除血糖有升高趋势(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义。均营素组相对于安素组,平均日营养费用显著降低(28.5元/d vs 56.25元/d,P<0.01)。在观察期间两组均未出现与肠内营养相关的严重腹胀、腹泻等胃肠道反应,无胃肠道出血等并发症。结论均营素与安素一样能够满足脑血管意外患者的营养需求,且更加经济。

Objective To observe the nutritional support effect of homogenized nutrition meal ‘junyingsu’ for patients with cerebrovascular accident. Methods One hundred and six coma patients with cerebrovascular accident were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-three cases in junyingsu group were treated by internal nutrition support with ＇junyingsu＇ diet,and 53 cases in ansu group were treated with paste-forming ‘ansu’ diet.Blood total protein（TP）,albumin（ALB）,transferring（TF）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyeride（TG）,total lymphocyte count（TLC）,glutamate-pyruvate transaminase（GPT）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,blood glucose（BG）,cost,and the complications were recorded before diet treatment and at 15,and 30 days after diet treatment. Results In junyingsu group,the indicators before and after diet treatment had no statistical differences（P0.05）.In ansu group,BG was significantly increased at 15 and 30 days after diet treatment（P0.05）,while other indicators had no statistical differences during the nutritional support course.There was statistical difference in the cost between two groups（56.25 yuan/day in ansu group vs 28.5 yuan/day in junyingsu group,P0.01）.During the observation period,there were no serious complications associated with internal nutrition. Conclusion Junyingsu has identical function and lower cost compared with ansu for nutrition support of patients with cerebrovascular auident.
