Thought on Strengthening Medical Quality Management Construction in Military Hospital

目的提升军队医院医疗质量管理建设的水平。方法根据军队医院发展实际,理论和实践分析相结合,探索军队医院医疗质量管理建设的对策。结果提出了加强质量意识教育;狠抓医疗规章制度的完善与落实;建立健全质量管理组织体系;完善医疗质量考评体系;建立完善医疗差错报告系统的医疗质量管理策略。结论军队医院加强医疗质量管理建设,有利于提高医院核心竞争力和卫勤保障能力。

Objective To discuss the importance of strengthening medical quality management construction in the military hospital. Methods Based on the development reality of the military hospital,theoretical and practical analysis were utilized to explore the measures to strengthen the medical quality management construction in the military hospital. Results Quality awareness education was strengthened,perfection and implementation of medical rules were focused,perfect quality management organization was built,assessment system of medical quality was improved,and error reporting system was constructed. Conclusion Strengthening medical quality management construction in the military hospital can promote the core competitiveness and medical service ability.
