摘要
扼要叙述了近年来羰基化反应技术在工业上的一些研究、应用和发展情况,它们主要包括:氢甲酰化反应、氢酯基化反应、氢羧基化反应以及其它羰基反应类型等。分别以工业生产或具有工业化生产前景的反应实例进行了较详细论述,如:环氧化合物经环状碳酸酯合成乙二醇并联产DMC,环化物氢酯基化合成3-羟基羧酸酯,丁烯氢甲酰化合成戊醛,异丁烯羰基化合成特戊酸,甲醇羰基化生产醋酸和醋酐,丁二烯羰基化合成己二酸等;另外,对某些相应反应新型催化剂的研究成果也作了介绍。
Carbonylation, the direct incorporation of carbonyl into organic molecules, has attracted broad at- tention from the academic circles and the industrial world because of high selectivity and the environment friend- liness of "the atomic efficiency". The study and application of hydroformylation, hydroesterfication, hydro- carhoxylation and asyrrmaetric carbonylation was summarized with through typical examples, which included: hy- droformylation of butene to valeraldehyde, carbonylation of butadiene to adipic acid,alkoxycarbonylation of e- poxides to 3-hydroxy-esters, Koch carbonylation of isobutene to pivalic acid, hydroformylation of EO to 1,3- PDO, and so on. The rhodium-iodine and iridium-iodine catalysts systems in the synthesis of acetic acid with low pressure methanol carbonylation and their improved catalysts systems were introduced in this paper also. Fi- nally, development and prospects of the carbonylation reactions were discussed.
