摘要
笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)制备的有机/无机杂化材料,以其透明均一、耐热阻燃、硬度高等独特的优点,引起人们极大的兴趣。笼型倍半硅氧烷是一类具有特殊分子结构的有机硅化合物,其分子的无机硅氧骨架核心为材料提供良好的耐热性,外围有机基团可增强与聚合物基体间的相容性,以它为前驱体可以得到硅氧骨架为核心的分子级有机/无机纳米杂化材料。笼型倍半硅氧烷通过共价键或共混接入聚合物中会限制分子链的运动,使高分子链的柔性降低,导致了聚合物玻璃化转变温度Tg的升高。所以,笼型倍半硅氧烷最显著的特性是提高聚合物的热性能以及阻燃性。
The preparation of hybrid organic-inorganic nanocomposites from polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) derivatives has attracted much attention, owing to their excellent optical propenies, thermal resistance, flame retardance, high hardness, and abrasion resistance. POSS is a category of organosilicon com- pounds with peculiar molecular structure. It has a well-defined cage-like molecule having an inorganic silica-like core surrounded by seven or eight organic hydrocarbon groups. The inorganic core provides it with high thermal stability, while the organic groups endow it with good compatibility with the organic matrix. Organic/inorganic hybrid materials on molecular level with an inorganic silica-like core can be obtained using POSS as the precur- sor. Thermal property and flame retardance of the polymer's promotment by blending or bonding the POSS, it was limited the movement of the strand and reduced the flexibility of the strand to lead to hoist the Tg.
