摘要
目的了解吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州(简称延边州)医疗机构医生对丙型病毒性肝炎相关知识的掌握情况。方法采用面对面调查问卷的方法,对延边州8县市各级卫生机构的医生进行调查。结果共调查800人,丙肝相关知识问题的回答正确率为59.75%,传染科和其他科室医生的正确率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.102,P>0.05),不同性别、年龄、工作年限、职称和学历组的正确率均在63.00%以下。结论延边州医疗机构医生的丙肝知识比较欠缺。相关部门需要加强对医务人员丙肝知识的培训。
Objective To investigate the hepatitis C knowledge among doctors in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.Methods 800 doctors from 8 counties in Yanbian were chosen in this study.Data was collected by face to face interview with questionnaire.Results The total correct rate was 59.75%.The correct rate of infectious diseases doctors was not different from the others（χ2=0.102,P0.05）.The correct rate of all subgroups was below 63%.Conclusion The doctors in Yanbian are lack of hepatitis C knowledge.The training is needed to improve the knowledge of hepatitis C in doctors.
