摘要
病历质量是医院进行全面质量管理的重要环节,建立完善的病历质量监控体系,应注重全程病历质量监控,将不合格病历消灭在形成过程中,及时发现问题及时反馈修正。2010年以来,病案质量有了明显的提高,但质量控制体系还需要不断完善,以达到病案质量有提高、医疗质量有保证、质量管理上水平。
The quality of medical records is important link of the comprehensive quality management in the hospital.We should establish a perfect medical records quality control system,pay attention to the quality control of medical records,destroy disqualified medical records,find problems timely and feedback timely.Medical record quality has been significantly improved from 2010,but quality control system is still need to perfect.So it can improve the medical record quality,ensure medical quality and quality management level.
