Situation Analysis of Medical Qualification Examination

目的探讨医师资格考试情况,如何提高医师资格考试通过率,提高医院整体水平。方法对2006年至2010年参加医师资格考试的390人情况进行分析。结果参加执业医师资格考试的实践技能合格率明显高于参加执业助理医师资格考试的实践技能合格率,但总的合格率却没有上升的趋势。结论发现其中存在不少的问题,如在校的基本功不扎实、实习期间实践和操作机会少、对医师资格考试缺乏正确的认识及医院缺乏相关的培训等,针对这些问题应引起足够的重视,以提高医师资格考试的通过率,提高医师的综合素质,提高医院的整体水平。

Objective To discuss the situation of medical qualification examination,and how to improve the physician qualification examination passing rate,to improve the hospital＇s overall level.Methods This paper analyzed 390 people＇s situations of qualification examination from 2006 to 2010. Results The passing rate of practical skills in the qualification examination was significantly higher than in the assistant qualification examination.But the passing rate has no rising trend.Conclusion Many problems has been found among them,for example,the basic skills are not solid,lack of practice and chances of operation in the course of internship,lack of correct understanding of medical qualification examination,and lack of relevant training in hospital.Enough attention should be payed to against the existing problems.We should improve the physician qualification examination passing rate,and improve physicians＇ comprehensive quality,improve the hospital＇s overall level.
