影响食管癌手术患者住院费用的相关因素分析

Factor Analysis of The Impact of Esophageal Cancer Surgery Hospital Costs

目的探讨食管癌手术患者住院费用的相关因素,为控制食管癌手术患者住院费用提供依据。方法对2010年1月1日至2011年12月31日期间的307例食管癌手术患者病例,可能与住院费用有关的因素,如性别、年龄、付费方式、住院天数等采用描述性统计分析和多元逐步回归法进行统计分析。结果影响食管癌手术患者住院费用的因素有性别、年龄、民族、住院天数、其他诊断、治疗效果、抢救次数等(P<0.05),其中住院天数是影响住院总费用的最重要因素。结论有效缩短患者的住院天数,减少不必要的医疗行为,最大程度满足患者医疗需求,降低手术患者住院费用。

Objective To analyze the cost of hospitalization of patients with esophageal cancer surgery related factors provide the basis for the control of the cost of hospitalization of patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Methods Analyzing hospital expenses related factors such us gender,age,payment method,the number of days in hospital of 307 cases of patients with esophageal cancer surgery cases from January 1,2010 to December 31,2011 by descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression methods.Results The impact factors of esophageal cancer surgery hospital costs were sex,age,ethnicity,length of stay,additional diagnostic,treatment effect,rescue numbers,P0.05,and length of stay is the most important factor to affect the hospital costs.Conclusion Effectively reduce length of stay,reduce unnecessary medical practices to meet the medical needs of patients can reduce surgical hospitalization costs.
