七年制耳鼻咽喉科教学认知的调查 被引量:5

A Survey on Otolaryngology Education in Seven-year Education System

摘要 目的调查七年制学生对于耳鼻咽喉科教学的认识和要求,为教学改革提供参考。方法通过不记名问卷的形式调查七年制学生,内容包括耳鼻咽喉科在所有学科中地位的评价、学生对其感兴趣程度、耳鼻喉教学中解剖学的重要性、学生认可的教学方法、教学内容时间分配等五个方面。每个问题按照满分10分的标准或百分比计分,根据计分结果分析七年制学生对本学科教学的认识。结果学生认为耳鼻咽喉科在临床学科中的重要性为7.6分;对耳鼻咽喉科的学习兴趣为6.5分;耳鼻咽喉解剖的重要性为8.3分;教学方法中以考试内容为主,穿插讲解临床病例的方法最受欢迎,评分为7.6分;教学内容的时间分配临床诊断需求最多,占29.8%。结论学生对于耳鼻咽喉科的学习兴趣不大,学习目的以考试为主。耳鼻咽喉科教学应以提高医学生的兴趣为主要任务,逐渐淡化考试在评估中的作用。 Objective To investigate the cognition and requirements of seven-year students on otolaryngology education,and get reference for educational reformation of otolaryngology.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was conducted.The questions include five parts which were the position of otolaryngology in all subjects,how much the students like this subject,the importance of anatomy in otolaryngology teaching,teaching methods and time arrangement of all parts of knowledge in one class.Each issue will be scored with the highest point of 10 or by percentage.From analysis of the score,we want to find out how the students know about otolaryngology education.Results Students thought that the importance of otolaryngology was 7.6,the interest in learning it scored only 6.5,the importance of anatomy in learning otolaryngology was 8.3,the most popular teaching method was teaching the knowledge which will be tested combined with clinical case reports,which scored 7.6,students want to spend more time in studying diagnosis,which take 29.8% of the total time in one class.Conclusion Students did not show much interest in learning otolaryngology,the aim of their study was to pass the exam.Improving students' interest in learning otolaryngology should be the main task in educational reform.The importance of exam as an assessment method must be fade slowly in the future.
