健康宣教对门诊行结核菌素试验患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Health Education of Out-patient Patients with PPD

目的对门诊行结核菌素试验(PPD)的患者进行健康宣教观察其效果。方法用发放调查问卷的形式对门诊50例行PPD试验的患者进行健康宣教,并分析调查结果。使用SPSS12.0统计软件包进行分析。比较采用卡方检验,以P<0.05表示有显著性差异,P<0.01表示有非常显著性差异。结果不同学历的患者通过健康宣教后对该试验的了解程度、接受程度以及配合程度均存在差异(P<0.01)。结论健康宣教可提高患者的依从性、试验结果的准确性和对护理工作的满意度,改善护患关系,避免医疗纠纷。

Objective To give health education to out-patient patients with PPD and observe its effect.Methods The questionnaire was taken to analyze 50 out-patient Patients with PPD.Using SPSS12.0 statistical package for analysis.Mean ± standard（±SD〗） deviation were used in all measurement data description.The positive rates and negative rates were used in all measurement data description.using the chi-square test to compare.P0.05 indicated significant differences.P0.01 has a very significant difference.Results Patients with different education backgrounds have differences in degree of understanding,acception and cooperation through the test（P0.01）.Conclusion Health education can improve the patient＇s ompliance,accuracy of test results, and nursing satisfaction,to improve the nurse-patient relationship,and to avoid medical tangle.
