摘要
目的:确定胸骨穿刺的最佳部位。方法:在60 具尸体标本的胸骨上确定24 个穿刺点( 胸骨柄、胸骨角各3 个穿刺点,胸骨体为18 个穿刺点) ,用骨穿针、测力计及游标卡尺等进行测量。结果:胸骨柄的测试压为(31 .3 ±0 .9) ×103(11 .4 ×103 ~53 .2 ×103) kPa ,胸骨柄的穿刺深度为21 .4 ±0 .2(4 .7 ~30 .4) m m ;胸骨角的测试压为(33 .3 ±1 .2) ×103(13 .5 ×103 ~50 .5 ×103)kPa ,胸骨角的穿刺深度为21 .4 ±0 .1(11 .5 ~30 .6) m m ;胸骨体的平均测试压为(28 .5 ±2 .5) ×103(7 .5 ×103 ~57 .0 ×103)kPa ,胸骨体的平均穿刺深度为19 .5 ±0 .6(3 .0 ~31 .3) m m 。结论:从胸骨各穿刺点的压力大小及胸骨后方的毗邻关系等进行全面考虑,位于第3 、4 胸肋关节之间水平胸骨正中处为最佳穿刺部位,其次为胸骨角正中上、下各1 .0 ~1 .5 cm 处。
To provide the optimal point of sternal puncture.Methods:The puncture was carried out on sixty cadaver specimens with puncture needle and measured with dynamometer and vernier caliper.On each specimen,24 puncture points were selected:3 points on sternal menubrium and angle separately,18 points on sternal body.Results:When the puncture was conducted on sternal menubrium,angle and body,the pressure was (31.3±0.9)×10 3(11.4×10 3~53.2×10 3)kPa,(33.3±1.2)×10 3(13.5×10 3~50.5×10 3)kPa and (28.5±2.5)×10 3(7.5×10 3~57.0×10 3)kPa respectively.Conclusions:The optimal puncture point is the center of sternum at the level between the 3rd and 4th sternocostal joints.Next is 1.0~1.5 cm above/below the midpoint of sternal angle.
