浅析研究生新生党建工作

研究生党建工作是人才培养的重要平台,而新生是研究生中最具有活力和可塑性的群体,做好研究生新生党建工作具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析研究生新生党建工作面临主要问题的基础上,从重视新生党员入党后再教育、完善研究生党支部构建、提升组织生活质量、关注党员骨干力量培养、用好主题教育活动平台、关注积极分子培养等六大方面,提出了加强和改进研究生新生党建工作的探索性建议。
