大学新生适应问题表现在多个方面,如学习、生活、人际交往和心理等。从身份认同角度看,人是身份与行为的统一体,身份对其行为具有指导作用,身份是一个动态的过程,认同出现偏离,会产生不良后果。大学新生应在老师、家人等的正确指引下,在环境、学习、生活、人际关系、心理等方面有所改变,转变身份,应对不适。

Freshmen＇s adaptation to the problem of performance is in many aspects,such as study,life,communication and psychology.From the perspective of identity,identity on its behavior has a guiding role,identity is a dynamic process,identification deviating will produce the bad consequence.Freshmen must follow the correct guidance of teachers and family,changing the environment,learning,life,interpersonal relationships,psychological,changing status,coping with discomfort.
