本文通过问卷调查、走访调研等研究方法,对高校本科生导师制的实施模式进行了详细的调研。总结了优秀的导师制实施经验,研究对比中国民航大学导师制实施现状,探索有效模式,为进一步完善我校本科生导师制,促进学校更好更快的发展提供支持。

Through questionnaire,visits to research and other research methods,carried out a detailed survey on the implementation of the university undergraduate tutorial mode.Summed up the excellent tutorial system implementation experience,compared to China Civil Aviation University of tutorial system the status of implementation,exploring effective models to provide support to further improve the undergraduate tutorial system,to promote the school better and faster development.
