摘要
随着高校体制改革的深入,许多高校制定了相应的教师评价体系,但在实施过程中存在着不同程度的问题:评价指标量化倾向严重;评价内容偏移;评价反馈性较低。文章针对存在的问题提出了相应的改进策略:树立以人才培养为导向的评价机制;定性与定量相结合;发挥评价的反馈作用。
With the development of university reform,many colleges and universities developed teacher evaluation systems,but there are different degrees of problems in the process of implementation:the indexes of the evaluation focus on digital;the offset of the evaluation content;evaluation feedback is less.The strategies are proposed for the problems:establish a personnel training evaluation mechanism;a combination of qualitative and quantitative;play the role of evaluation feedback.
