高校青年教师教学能力提升的探讨

Discussion on Teaching Ability Improving of Young University Teachers

高校青年教师教学能力的培养和提升,对于高校的师资队伍建设和高校的可持续性发展有着至关重要的作用。本文针对目前高校青年教师的基本现状,结合所在高校的实际情况,提出了通过入职培训、指导教师的"传帮带"、参与实验室建设、开展讲课比赛、加强青年教师继续教育等方法来快速提升青年教师的教学能力,以期为广大青年教师提高课堂教学水平提供参考。

Training and upgrading of the young university teacher＇s teaching ability has a vital role for the university faculty constructing and sustainable development.In this paper,the basic status of the young university teachers was analyzed,combined with the actual situation of the authors＇ university,the ways of improving the young teacher＇s teaching ability were proposed through induction training,the instructor＇s teaching,helping and leading,participating in the laboratory constructing and developing,carrying out lectures＇ competition,and young teacher＇s continuing education.These ways provide a reference for the majority of young teachers in order to improve classroom teaching.
