Ideas on Vocational Students' Class Management

随着高等职业教育的飞速发展,在对应用型专业技术人才培养力度不断加大的今天,作为高职学生这一群体因其成长背景不同与研究型或学科型高校学生管理的差异性越来越明显。本文对高职学生的学习表现及其成因进行总结和分析,并有针对性的提出了一些高职院校班导师在学生管理工作中的具体做法,以期能够对高职学生的管理工作有所禆益。

With the rapid development of higher vocational education,has intensified the application of professional and technical personnel training,and increasingly as a vocational high school students of this group because of their different backgrounds and research-based or discipline-based college students management differences more obvious.Summary and analysis of the vocational students＇ academic performance and its causes,and proposed a number of vocational colleges tutor in student management practices,hope to be beneficial to vocational students＇ management work.
