摘要
本文选取中国教育部72所直属高校与美国26所高校的校长作为研究对象,从最高学位分科、交叉学科背景、在现任职学校的学习经历、他校工作经历、曾任职单位的性质和曾任职岗位的性质等方面对中美校长的教育背景与职业经历进行了比较研究,分析中国教育部直属高校校长的专业发展程度。
This paper selects 72 University Presidents of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and 26 American University Presidents as the objects of study.Educational background and occupational experience of 98 University Presidents are the main objects of study,including the highest degree polyclinic,interdisciplinary background,learning experience in school,work experience,the nature of the units they worked and the nature of posts they served.The paper analyzes professional development of 72 University Presidents of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.
