高校学生干部的基本素养

The Basic Personality of the Student-leaders in College

学生是高校的主体,学生工作是高校工作的核心,而学生干部队伍的培养又是学生工作的重要组成部分,这同时也符合我国高校自我教育、自我管理和自我服务的学生工作指导方针。学生干部队伍水平的高低,直接影响高校的稳定与发展。本文在结合作者学生工作实际经验的基础上,对大学学生干部的基本素质培养进行了深入讨论。

Students are the main body of College.Student affairs are the core task of the College work.So how to build a student-leader team to assist to deal with the student affairs becomes extremely important.It is also in accordance to the guideline of the College work,i.e.self-educated,self-managed and self-served.Whether the student-leader team is qualified may directly influenced the stability and development of the College.In this paper,with various experience of student affairs,the author investigate and discuss the basic personality of the student leaders that is needed for a qualified team.
