本文阐述了中等职业学校人事档案管理存在着重视不够、管理不规范、信息单一和不完整、人事业务素质低、利用水平低的现状,提出了中等职业学校人事档案管理的相关对策:采取措施实现中职学校人事档案的动态管理;制定严谨的管理工作制度;强化管理人员的综合素质;创新管理模式,实现现代化和信息化的档案管理;转变档案服务意识,提高档案的使用率,以供参考。

This paper describes the status of management of personnel files of secondary vocational schools,not enough attention,it＇s not standardized,single information and incomplete and low quality of personnel operations,the use of low levels,proposed countermeasures in the secondary vocational schools,personnel file management：measures to achievedynamic management of the personnel files of vocational schools;to develop a rigorous management system;strengthen the overall quality of management personnel;innovation management,records management modernization and information technology;change the file service awareness,improve the utilization rate of the file,for reference.
