我国残疾大学生就业现状探析

Employment Status of Disabled Graduates in China

随着我国特教事业的发展,越来越多的残疾人得到了适合其发展水平的教育。然而就在越来越多的残疾人受到教育的同时,就业问题却一直困扰着广大残疾人教育工作者。本文通过对其现阶段就业现状的反思,探求解决这一实际问题的关键,从而更好的为残疾人群体服务。

With the development of special education in China, more and more disabled people were receiving education appro- priate to their level of development. However, more and more people with disabilities are educated at the same time, the employment problem has been plaguing the majority of people with disabilities educators. In this paper, the reflection of their employment status at this stage to explore the key to solve this practical problem, in order to better service for the disabled groups.
