对我国聋大学生开设职业生涯规划课程的思考

Thinking on Opening Career Planning Course for Deaf College Students

近些年随着大学生就业问题的日益凸显,高校职业生涯规划课程的体系建设也引起了人们的不断关注。本文以我国残疾人大学生中的聋人大学生这一群体作为研究对象,从聋人大学生求职难、就业难的问题入手分析,提出对聋大学生开设职业生涯规划课程的必要性和重要性,最后提出相关的建议。

In recent years with the college students＇ employment problem getting highlights,college career plan curriculum system construction also has caused the people＇s constant attention.This paper takes the deaf college students among the disabled college students in China as the research object,analyses the problem of difficult job and employment of the deaf college student,then puts forward to the necessity and importance to open the career planning curriculum for deaf college students,and finally puts forward related suggestions.
