超声心动图检测甲状腺功能亢进患者左房功能 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察甲状腺功能亢进症的左心房作功情况,找出左房作功的规律。方法 应用二维多普勒超声心动图技术比较80 例相互匹配的甲亢患者和正常人的左房容积、收缩时间间期及左房射血力(LAF) 等指标。结果 甲亢组左房容积的各项指标均较正常组大;左房射血期(LAET) 甲亢组较正常组长;左房射血前期(LAPEP) 、LAPEP/LAET比值,甲亢组小于正常组;LAF甲亢组比正常组增大;甲亢组内LAF与左房射血分数(LAEF)、左室每搏量(LVSV) 、左室射血分数(LVEF)呈正相关,与LAPEP/LAET呈负相关。结论 甲亢患者左房收缩功能增强;LAF是反映左房收缩功能的良好指标,有助于估计左室充盈和收缩功能的变化;甲亢患者左房作功加强对维持左房收缩功能有重要意义。 Objective To evaluate left atrial function in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Echocardiography of 80 hyperthyroidism patients was compared to that of 80 normal persons. Indexes such as systolic time interval and left atrial ejection force were studied.Results All indexes of left atrial volume and left atrial ejection time interval (LAET) were significantly higher than those of nomal subjects. Left atrial pre-ejection time interval (LAPEP) and LAPEP/LAET ratio were significantly lower than normol. Left atrial ejection force (LAF) was positively correlated with left atrial ejection fraction (LAEF), while left ventricular stroke volume (LVSV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were negatively correlated with LAPEP/LAET ratio. Conclusion Left atrial contraction was increased in patients with hyperthyroidism. LAF may be used as a useful index for assessing atrial contraction.
