摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮性小鼠抗DNA抗体水平的动态变化与疾病严重程度之间的关系。方法测定了不同月龄的狼疮性BXSB小鼠的各种抗DNA抗体,血尿素氮和尿蛋白质浓度。结果BXSB小鼠抗DNA抗体量的动态变化无规律性,但血尿素氮和尿蛋白质的浓度随鼠龄的增加而逐步升高。结论抗DNA抗体水平并不与BXSB小鼠疾病的严重程度相平行。
Objective It remains unknown whether there is a correlation between the level of anti DNA antibodies and pathological severity in SLE mice.MethodsAnti DNA IgG and IgM antibodies, blood BUN and urine protein in lupus prone BXSB mice with age varying from 1 to 6 month were detected quantitatively in our experiment.ResultsWe found that anti DNA antibodies in serum varied irregularly while the concentration of blood BUN and urine protein increased gradually with age.ConclusionThat the level of anti DNA antibodies do not parallel the pathological severity in BXSB mice and it be necessary to survey multiple different items for diagnosing SLE or determining its seriousness.
