摘要
善教育就是好教育,是公正的教育、和谐的教育、让人享受尊严和体验幸福的教育。善治是教育的致善之道,善治的有效途径是依法治教、民主决策、机构有效管理和公民社会参与等。教育善治涉及教育的诸多方面,其核心要素包括教育立法的公正性、决策信息的透明度、管理分析的公信力和公民社会的参与面四个方面。
Good education is good education, just education, harmonious education and education where people can enjoy dignity and happiness. Good governance is a way to good education. Effective ways of good governance include teaching according to law, making decisions in a democratic way, carrying out effective management of institutions and citizens participating in the society, etc. Good governance of education involves many aspects of education and its core elements include the justice of educational legislation, the transparency of decision-making, the credibility of management institutions and citizens' participation in the society.
