CD44与CD62P在肾脏疾病中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of CD44 and CD62P in patients with nephropathy

目的探讨肾小球病变患者外周血P选择素(CD62P)与细胞表面糖蛋白(CD44)的表达特征及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术对90例肾脏疾病患者外周血CD62P和CD44进行了检测分析,以30例正常人作为对照。结果不同病因肾病患者CD62P和CD44表达均较正常组显著增高(P<0.01),其中慢性肾衰组CD44阳性细胞数增高极为显著,IgA肾病组CD62P和CD44表达均较其它肾脏疾病组降低(P<0.05),肾病患者CD62P和CD44表达为r=0.41;P<0.05呈正相关。结论CD62P和CD44在肾小球病变患者外周血中表达增强。

ObjectiveTo explore the expression and significance of Adhesion molecule P selectin (CD62P) and Adhesion molecule glycoprotein(CD44)in nephroses.MethodsThe expression of CD62P and CD44 in blood of nephropathy were assessed by flow cytometry,controled by 30 cases of normal people.ResultsCD62P and CD44 in primary glomerular nelphritis blood showed higher level than that in the control( P <0 01),while CD44 in chronic renal failure group was especially higher.Compared with other nephropathy groups,expressions of CD62P and CD44 in IgA nephropathy group were lower.And expressions of CD62P and CD44 in primary glomerular nephritis patients were correlated with each other( r =0 41, P <0 05).ConclusionCD62P and CD44 expressed higher in the blood of glomerular nelphritis patients,which may play an important role in the progress of renal disease. [
