Teaching personality is the embodiment of teacher personality in teaching, which has the dual attributes of individual uniqueness and social conventionality. As a kind of generative and potential teaching resource, teaching personality is the radiation force of developing students＇ individuality, self-motivation of teachers＇ professional development, and vitality of classroom flexibility.
