摘要
教学个性是教师个性在教学中的体现,具有个体独特性和社会规约性的双重属性。教学个性作为一种生成的、潜在的教学资源,是学生个性发展的辐射力、教师专业发展的内驱力、课堂灵动的生命力。走出教师教学个性日渐稀缺的困境,需要学校教学制度的合理赋权和教师个体的自主增能。
Teaching personality is the embodiment of teacher personality in teaching, which has the dual attributes of individual uniqueness and social conventionality. As a kind of generative and potential teaching resource, teaching personality is the radiation force of developing students' individuality, self-motivation of teachers' professional development, and vitality of classroom flexibility. In order to get out of the difficult situation of losing teaching personality day by day, it's necessary for the school teaching system to be reasonably empowered and for individual teachers to improve their ability autonomously.
