摘要
传感器在实际使用中,受到环境等实际情况的影响,其技术参数不一定能真实准确地反应传感器的性能,因此需要对其进行标定和校准。使用背靠背的试验方法,在激振台上,用一个标准加速度传感器SD1403对加速度传感器SCA610进行了标定试验,对传感器的灵敏度、线性度和频率特性等参数进行了标定,标定结果表明SCA610加速度传感器的中低频特性较好,可用于测量汽车行驶减速度。
Influenced by the environmental factors, the technical parameters of sensors couldn't reflex the performances of themselves exactly when the sensors are used in actual situation. So it is necessary to calibrate the sensors regularly. With a test method of back to back, the calibration of accelerator SCA610 is completed on the shock table by using accelerator SD1403 as standard sensor. The parameters of SCA610, such as sensitivity, linearity and frequency characteristics, are calibrated. The calibration results show that the low-frequency characteristics of accelerator SCA610 are good and it could be used to measure decelerations of vehicles
