CVB3m对免疫功能低下小鼠心肌损伤的病理观察

Pathological change of CVB 3m caused damaged myocardium in hypoimmunologic mice

目的 观察免疫功能低下小鼠感染 CVB3m后心肌损伤的特点。方法 雄性昆明小鼠随机分成 4组 ,I对照组 ; 照射组 ; 病毒组 ; 照射 +病毒组。照射组 4Gy X-射线全身照射 ;病毒组常规腹腔接种 CVB3m;照射 +病毒组先照射 ,于照射后次日接种 CVB3m。观察各组小鼠接种病毒后第 3、7、14、2 1天心肌光镜改变 ,及第 14天心肌电镜改变。结果 病毒组小鼠注射病毒后第 7天 ,病变最重 ,病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)检出率为 5 7% ,以后逐渐恢复 ;照射 +病毒组第 7天 VMC检出率为 6 4.7% ,第 14天为 87.5 % ,第 2 1天为 10 0 % ,呈逐渐加重趋势。第14天电镜观察 :照射 +病毒组线粒体明显肿胀 ,嵴断裂 ,并伴有严重的空泡变。结论 全身照射条件下小鼠感染CVB3m后 ,VMC检出率增高 。

Objective To relate myocardial damage's feature in hypoimmunologic mice to CVB 3m infection.Methods Kunming male mice were randomly divided into four groups:I control group,Ⅱ radiation group,Ⅲ virus group and Ⅳ radiation plus virus group.Mice in groupⅡ were radiated by 4Gy x ray,in group Ⅲ were intraperitoneally injected CVB 3m and in group Ⅳ,after radiating first,then injected CVB 3m in the same way at the following day.Myocardial condition of mice in four groups was observed at day 3,7,14,21 through LM and at day 14 through EM.Results Pathological change in myocardium of group Ⅲ mice was the most serious at day 7,in accordance with the highest detectable rate of VMC(57%),and afterwards started to recover gradually.Detection rate of VMC in mice of group Ⅳ was 64.7% at day 7,87.5% at 14 day and 100% at 21 day.EM observation indicates that in group Ⅳ,mitochondrion tumefaction,crista break and severe vacuole degeneration of myocardium were obvious.Conclusions The mice in group Ⅳ,which were hypoimmunologic on the condition of whole body X ray radiation,after CVB 3m infection,showed high VMC detection rate and pathological change of myocardium exacerbated significantly.
