摘要 目的 研究胰岛素样生长因子 - I(IGF- I)对异丙基肾上腺素 (ISP)损伤大鼠心肌 ATP、ADP、AMP的影响。方法 采用大鼠 ISP心肌损伤动物模型 ,以 IGF- 1作保护因素 ,用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠心肌组织中高能磷酸化合物含量。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,ISP损伤组 ATP水平明显下降 ,而 IGF- I保护组与 ISP损伤组相比 ATP水平明显升高。结论  IGF- I可抑制 ISP所致心肌能量代谢障碍 。 Objective To study the effect of IGF I on content change of ATP,ADP and AMP of rat myocardium injured by ISP.Methods Energy rich phosphate concentrations were delermined by HPLC in myocardium of Wistar rats which were used as animal model of inducing myocardial injury and which were protected by IGF I.Results The study showed that as compared with control group ATP levels were significantly decreased in ISP group but increase significantly in IGF I group.Conclusions IGF I can inhibit the obstacle of energy metabolism induced by ISP and posseses good protection on injured myocardium by ISP,so IGF I has a definite protective action to myocarddial injury induced by ISP. [
