护理组长点评在提高护理质量中的应用

目的探导护理组长点评对提高护理质量的作用。方法将2009年未开展护理组长点评与2010年开展护理组长点评后的护理质量进行比较。结果开展护理组长点评后,基础护理质量合格率由原来88%上升到99%,危重病人护理质量合格率由87%上升到98%,分级护理质量合格率由89%上升到97%,护理文书书写合格率由86%上升到99%,不良护理事件发生率(纠纷、压疮、坠床、跌倒)由0.3%下降到0.05%,病人满意度由87%上升到99%,病房管理合格率由90%上升到99%。两组护理质量有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论护理组长点评对提高护理质量,减少护理纠纷,防止不良护理事件的发生,提高住院患者满意度等具有明显的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing team leader＇s comments on inproing the quality of nursing.Method：The quality of nursing is compared by the group with nursing team leader＇s comments in 2010 and the group without it in 2009. Results：After the comments carried out ,the quality of basic care pass rate rose from 88% to 99%, quality of care of critically ill patients 87% pass rate rose to 98%, the quality of grading care 89% pass rate rose to 97% passing tale of nursing writing instruments rose 86% to 99%,the incidence of adverse care events （disputes, pressure sores, bed fall, fall） from 0.3% to 0.05%, patient satisfaction from 87% to 99%, 90% of ward management pass rate rose to 99%. There are two significant differences in quality of care （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Care Leader＇s Comments have effects on improving the quality of nursing, reducing care disputes and preventing adverse care events, improving patient satisfaction in patients with significant results,It＇s worthy of promotion.
