摘要
影响教学效果的因素诸多,例如教学资源、教学设计、考核手段、教师素质等。常州纺院课题组在实施有效性教学研究中从制订有效性计划、建设立体化教材、精制多媒体课件、创设情境式教学、优化过程性考核、实施精细化管理、引入"工学型"理念、践行"育英才"师德等多方面进行了探索与实践,并取得了显著成绩。本文着重介绍在课程建设中立足服务于专业和学生,提高教学有效性的研究与实践。
