摘要
本文根据建构主义教学观,以自我人力资源销售为导向,进行销售管理课程的教改探索,试图解决销售管理教学过程中理论与实际脱节,以及大四学生找工作与课堂学习的矛盾。
This paper based on the constructivist concept of teaching, human resources sales-oriented, exploration of teaching reform of the sales management course, trying to solve the theory and practice out of touch in the process of"sales management" teaching, as well as senior students looking for work and classroom learning.
