在我国漫长的封建统治时期,君王为了维护王权的独一性和至高无上性,建立了一支庞大的具有依附人格官员组成的官僚体系。文章试图从思想、制度、经济以及官员职位的产生等方面分析官员依附型行政人格形成的基础。

In our country＇s long feudal reign period, in order to maintain the uniqueness and supremacy of the Kings＇ power, the governor had established a huge bureaucratic system that the personality of officials was attached. This paper attempts to analyze that how the personality of officials was formed through the way of the production of the thought, government system, economics, officials position and some others.
