摘要
文章以高职食品发酵技术课程改革实践为例,提出了食品发酵技术课程设计思路,对课程教学内容、组织实施、教学方法与手段、教学评价等方面如何体现教、学、做一体化进行了实践探讨。
Take "food fermentation technology" course curriculum reform practice as an example, put forward the design ideas of vocational food fermentation technology; Practice and explore the teaching content, organization and implementa- tion, and how teaching methods and means of teaching evaluation embodies teaching, learning, doing the integration.
