本文从高职院校学生教育管理工作的特点入手，在结合本单位实际情况的基础上系统分析了高职学生教育管理工作的现状及其存在的问题，并对问题成因进行深入剖析，最后尝试在内容、形式、手段等方面提出相应改进对策，进一步探索高职院校学生教育管理工作的新思路、新途径和新方法。
