摘要
成人教育正朝着多元化开放式的办学方向发展，作为高职院校应充分发挥自身优势寻求发展，本文探讨了以校企合作模式开展成人学历教育的方法与实施步骤及成效。
Adult education is facing the diversified opening direction of the school development, higher vocational colleges should give full play to their own advantages to seek development, this paper discusses the school-enterprise cooperation mode to develop to adult education methods and steps and effect.
