工作室教学模式下培养学生创新能力的研究

随着时代的发展，企业对人才的需求越来越高，不仅要求其有高水平的专业知识和技能，还要有与时俱进的创新能力。然而，在美术设计专业教学中，往往出现一些问题，使学生综合素质不能得到有效的提高。工作室教学模式的出现，在一定程度上解决了这些问题。本文主要从工作室教学模式特点、高校美术教育采取工作室教育模式的必要性、工作宣教育模式下培养学生创新能力的措施等方面，对工作室教学模式下培养学生创新能力进行相应研究。

With the development of times, the demand for talent is increasingly high, not only require a high level of pro- fessional knowledge and-skills, but also the innovative capability of advancing with the times. However, in the Teaching of Art and Design, often some problems, so that students can not be effectively improved the quality. Studio teaching model to a certain extent to solve these problems. The main characteristics from the studio teaching model of college art education need to take studio education model, the studio mode of education to cultivate students＇ creative ability measures, training creative ability in the studio teaching mode study.
