摘要
通过对珠海市汽车行业的实地调研。发现珠海市的汽车销售人员普遍存在素质相对较低、专业不对口、销售技能缺乏、生存压力大、流动性强等问题。针对这些问题,提出从加强汽车销售人才培养、建立校企联动人才培养机制、改善企业用人管理等方面进行应对的对策。
Through spot investigation in Zhuhai automobile industry, some common problems of automobile Sales staffs were found out, such as low quality, professional counterparts, lack of sales skills, life stress, liquidity and other issues. The paper gives some suggestions to solve these problems, for example, strengthen automobile sales talents training, establish- ment of school-enterprise training linkage mechanism, improve management of enterprise employment etc.
