摘要
目的 :研究凝血因子 (F )与心肌梗死 (MI)的关系。方法 :运用一期法检测 74例 MI患者和 12 3例正常对照者的 F 活性 ,并以 PCR- DGGE技术筛查研究对象 F 基因 ,分析比较两组的 F 活性及其遗传因素与MI之间关系。结果 :MI患者 F 活性明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,F 基因 8号外显子 Arg 35 3Gln多态性 (等位基因 M1/ M2 )与 F 活性显著相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,等位基因 M2与低 F 活性有关。结论 :F 活性增高是冠心病患者发生 MI的重要危险指标之一 ,Arg35 3Gln多态性可能是影响 F
To investigate the relationship between coagulation factor Ⅶ(FⅦ) and myocardial infarction (MI).Method:Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis technique was used to study FⅦ gene variation and plasma FⅦ activity was measured by an one stage assay in 74 cases with MI as well as 123 normal controls.Result:Compared with the controls,plasma FⅦ activity was significantly higher in the MI ( 105.02 ± 32.50 versus 95.29 ± 23.73 ,P< 0.05 ).Arg 353 Gln polymorphism in exon 8 was found,and was documented to be associated with FⅦ activity.Conclusion:Elevated FⅦ activity may be a risk factor for myocardial infarction in Chinese CHD patients,and Arg 353 Gln polymorphism may be a marker for FⅦ activity.
