摘要
目的 :探讨血小板内游离 Ca2 + 浓度与血浆 Tx B2 、6 - keto- PGF1 α水平变化在原发性高血压 (EH)发病中的作用。方法 :测定 6 3例 EH患者血小板内游离 Ca2 + 浓度与血浆 Tx B2 、6 - keto- PGF1 α水平 ,并与 30例健康者对照。结果 :1EH患者血小板内游离 Ca2 +浓度与血浆 Tx B2 水平显著高于正常对照组 ,6 - keto- PGF1 α水平显著低于正常对照组 ;2平均动脉压与血小板内游离 Ca2 +浓度及血浆 Tx B2 / 6 - keto- PGF1 α比值显著正相关。结论 :血小板内游离 Ca2 + 浓度与血浆 Tx A2 - PGI2 平衡系统在 EH发病中有一定作用。
To investigate the changes of intracellular free calcium concentration of platelets,the level of plasma TxB 2,6 keto PGF 1α in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Method:63 patients with EH and 30 normal controls were observed. The intracellular free calcium concentration of platelets were measured by the technique of fluorescence with Fura 2 as indicator while the levels of plasma TxB 2、6 keto PGF 1α were determined by radioimmunoassay simultaneously.Result:①Intracellular free calcium concentration of platelets and the level of plasma TxB 2, the ratio of TxB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in patients with EH were significantly increased than those in the controls (P< 0.01 ),while the level of plasma 6 keto PGF 1α was significantly decreased than that in the controls (P< 0.01 ). ②MAP was positively related to the intracellular free calcium concentration (r= 0.832 3 ,P< 0.01 ),the level of plasma TxB 2(r= 0.847 1 ,P< 0.01 ),and the ratio of TxB 2/6 keto PGF 1α(r= 0.809 5 ,P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:The intracellular free calcium and the TxA 2 PGI 2 balance may play an important role in the pathogenesis of EH.
