经电子胆道镜应用螺旋水刀碎石治疗肝内胆管结石76例 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经电子胆道镜应用螺旋水刀击碎肝内胆管结石的技术方法。方法回顾性分析2003年3月至2010年6月使用德国ERBE螺旋水刀经日本PENTAXECN-1530型电子胆道镜治疗肝内胆管结石76例的临床资料。结果全组应用螺旋水刀经胆道镜碎石,共碎石102次,每次1~1.5h。其中在手术中应用40例,术后应用24例,在术中和术后应用12例。76例百余枚直径0.6~1.5cm的肝内胆管结石均被成功击碎,无胆管穿孔和大出血等严重并发症发生。结论螺旋水刀碎石效果好且安全可靠。应用螺旋水刀“击碎技术”和“冲刷技术”,既可碎石,也可“排石”,适合治疗肝内胆管结石。 Objective Study on the application of helix hydro-jet via electronic choledochoscope for intrahepatic calculosis crushing technique. Methods The retrospective analysis of application of German ERBE helix hydro-jet lithotripsp via Japan PENTAX ECN- 1530 electronic choledochoscope the treatment of intrahepatic Calculosis in 76 cases of clinical data. Results Useing helix hydro-jet crushed stone 102 times, each time 1-1.5 hours, which in the operation of application in 40 cases, postoperative application in 24 cases, in operation and postoperative application of 12 cases, 76 cases of over a hundred pieces of diameter of 0. 6-1.5 cm of stones were successfully break, no bile duct perforation and heavy bleeding and other serious complications. Conclusion Application of helix hydro-jet crushed stone effect is good and reliable security,application it "smash the technology" and "scouring technology", not only play a role of the gravel, also played a "row stone" effect, it is more suitable for the treatment of intrahepatic calculosis.
