从4个方面阐述了高校图书馆文化建设的重要性,指出当今高校图书馆文化建设的不足之处,提出了如何推动高校图书馆文化建设的具体措施。
This paper expounds the importance of the construction of university library culture from four aspects, points out some shortages existing in the current construction of university library culture, and puts forward some concrete measures for promoting the construction of university library culture.
