摘要
阐述了尽快制定《中华人民共和国图书馆法》的合理性和必要性,分析了图书馆立法工作多年来进展缓慢的原因,提出了尽快出台《中华人民共和国图书馆法》的有效措施,以法律保障图书馆事业的发展。
This paper expounds the rationality and necessity of enacting the library law of the People’s Republic of China at an early date, analyzes the reasons of the slow progress of library’s legislative work over the years, and puts forward some effective measures for enacting the library law of the People’s Republic of China at an early date for realizing the legal protection to the development of library cause.
