摘要 近红外光谱术是一项新型的生物医学光子学技术,能实现组织血氧变化的载体、实时、连续、无损地检测。它以其独特地优势受到体育科研工作者的关注,并成为体育运动领域中的研究热点。文章介绍近红外光谱术的基本原理和检测的指标体系,综述该技术在体育运动领域中的研究进展,分析应用的优势并指出需要解决的主要问题,展望未来的应用前景,以期促进近红外光谱术在体育运动中的发展与应用。 As a well-developing biomedical phonetics technique,near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)had many advantages such as non-invasive and safe detection in real-time and in vivo,continuous and quick quantification of certain elements in human tissue.With the development of science and technology in sports,NIRS has been paid close attention by the sports researchers.Nowadays NIRS has been the topic and research focus in sports science.Based on methods of documentation,the authors collected and analyzed related literature about the application of NIRS in sports at home and abroad in recent years.Principals,parameters and limitations of NIRS were analyzed.And the prospects were explored.NIRS was a very useful and potential technique in sports.The further development and application was expected to be carried out.
