摘要
以分析公共图书馆"免费服务"的特征为基础,探讨了公共图书馆在"免费服务"政策下的新活力,提出公共图书馆在"免费服务"背景下更好地服务城市建设的设想。
Based on the analysis on the features of public library＇ s free service, this paper probes into the new vitalities of the public library under the policy of free service, and puts forward some assumptions for the public library to serve better the urban construction under the background of free service.
