摘要
从人员编数、职称、学历、年龄及各部门人员比例分配等方面,对北京工业大学、首都医科大学、北京联合大学等5所北京市属高校图书馆人才队伍建设现状进行了对比分析,探讨了加强高校图书馆人才队伍建设的方式、方法,对高校图书馆人员队伍建设提出了一些可行性建议。
From aspects of the manning quota, professional title, educational background, age, and personnel allocation proportion in each department, etc., This paper makes the comparative analysis on the present situation of the talent team construction of five municipal universities in Beijing City such as Beijing University of Technology, the Capital University of Medical Sciences, and Beijing Union University, etc., probes into the methods for strengthening the talent team construction in university library, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the talent team construction in university library.
