摘要
对入选北大图书馆中文核心期刊要目总览(2008版)的学报类科技期刊的开放存取现状进行了网络访问调查,分析了开放存取期刊的特点及存在的问题;并通过与国外部分开放存取期刊的比较,指出存在的差异。
This paper makes the network survey on the present situation of open access of universities＇ sci-tech journals selected in the General Contents of Chinese Core Journals （2008） edited by the library of Beijing University, analyzes the features of and existing problems in OA, points out some problems existing in open access journals （OAJs）, and through the comparison with some foreign OAJs, points out the differences between foreign and domestic OAJs.
