丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路在吗啡依赖中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinase,MAPK)是一类广泛分布于细胞内的丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白调节激酶,通过磷酸化而活化。活化前的MAPK位于胞浆,一旦活化即进入核内激活靶基因。MAPK信号转导通路调节细胞的多种生理过程,如细胞生长、分化、凋亡等,是近年来信号转导方面最活跃的研究领域之一。近年来有研究表明,MAPK与镇痛及吗啡依赖的形成关系密切。
