摘要
以番茄、菜豆和苋菜种子为发芽材料 ,研究了乙酸对蔬菜种子发芽的影响。结果表明 ,在乙酸浓度为 50 0mg/L时 ,蔬菜种子发芽正常 。
Influence of acetic acid on seed germination was studied using tomato,kidney bean and edible amaranth as materials.The results showed that the germination was normal without ill effect when the concentration was 500 mg/L.
